We want you to love your Śiirap pieces as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. We understand that finding the perfect fit is a journey, especially when support and design both matter and we’re here to make that process as seamless as possible.

Returns Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, all items must:

• Have all original tags attached
• Have the hygiene sticker still in place
• Be unworn
• Be free from marks, makeup, fake tan, perfume, or any signs of wear

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return
To process a return, please email returns@siirap.com and include:

• Your order number
• The name on the order
• Whether you would like an exchange, refund, or credit note
• If exchanging, please let us know the style/size you are after

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Śiirap is not responsible for lost return parcels.
• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
